Hi, I'm Lindsay Pallas

I am the food photographer and co-creator of the Pallas and Parchment blog. My sister Lauren and I work together to develop and create delicious new recipes and then I take over and bring those dishes to life with drool worthy photos!

I firmly believe a great recipe and stunning imagery go hand and hand and that is why I am so passionate about working with brands and food bloggers to bring their food and products to life with quality images.

Whether it is sweet, savory or anything in between I work to create visual stories in my images that convey emotion and make the viewer want to reach in and take a bite!

When I am not in the kitchen or behind a camera you can find me playing fetch with my dog, spending way too much time scrolling through Netflix trying to find something to watch, or strolling through a farmer's market.
